Had a great experience at Telle Tire in Independence and wanted to give them a shoutout. It’s rare these days to feel like you actually got a fair deal, but that’s exactly what happened here. The pricing on my new tires was excellent, installation was straightforward, and there were no unnecessary upsells or surprises. The whole process was transparent and professional from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the team treated me with honesty and respect. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fair pricing and solid service. Thanks again for doing things the right way.

A couple of months ago they replaced the whole front end brake system(Pads/calipers/roters)on my wife’s Wrangler. Fast forward, she heard a little bit of squeaking and got concerned maybe something was off. She called and they scheduled for her to drop it off. Long story short they checked/tested everything. Went way above and beyond to confirm there was no issues. It was simply just new ceramic pads in certain temps/environments can squeak a bit when still cold and even if there was a problem they were prepared to stand by their work and get it fixed at no extra cost to us. 10/10 service and we will be taking our Jeeps to them for service from now on.

Josh and Greg are phenomenal!! I can’t express how polite, and kind they are. I blew out a tire on my car heading out of town. They had the tire ordered and replaced for me in 3 hours. They kept me in the loop the whole time and were very quick to help me get back on the road!!! I can’t THANK them enough and HIGHLY recommend Telle Tire!! Professional and a class A business!! Thank you!!!

Not much to share o tried this place because they seemed to busy most days I’ve driven past it. Took my wife’s car here for an oil change and to check the AC. I asked a ton of questions and trusted what was being told to me. Long story short. The process that was mentioned to me was not the experience I was told and that the service is requested would now cost just short of 2 thousand dollars. When I was lead to believe this would be a quick and easy fix and cost a couple of hundreds dollars. Back to the point. If you’re not an expert on cars you can expect this place to take advantage of that and charge you as much as they can get away with. That was my experience. I do my recommended
